Street	Features:	Golf Course Proximity:	Phase:

La Crescenta Dr.	This is the main entry street with he gated entry, it intersects with Oasis Rd. and Tierra Heights Dr. this is also the access point to Tierra Oaks Golf club.	Proceeding towards the gate, the 17th hole on the left, and the 18th on the right.	1

Tierra Heights Rd.	Upon entering a "T" intersection awaits and this is Tierra Heights Rd., it runs primarily North and South along the golf course and Stillwater Creek.	This, the longest street in the Estates has many homes on the golf course including Holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 15, and 17.	1

Escada Ct.	A short cul-de-sac running primarily East and West, with a large home at the eastern end.	Homes on this street have the possibility to view portions of holes 15, 16, and 17.	1

Alicia Parkway	The northern portion of this street was in phase 1 while in phase 3 it connected all three phases together with its southern section that runs primarily north and south.	Homes here can front on holes 5, and 6 while the street also runs between holes 7 and 8.	1 and 3

San Vincente Dr.	This meandering street runs primarily east and west at the south end of the currently developed home sites.	Most homes in the original eastern portion of this street are not on the golf course, the exception would be adjacent to the green of hole 7. The extension of the cul-de-sac in phase two has homes on holes 9, and 10.	1 and 2

Palermo Ct.	Phase three included this street and Belleterre. this street runs primarily east and west with the northern parcels backing up to the acreage parcels of the original Tierra Oaks Development which are not a part of the golf course estates.	Most homes or lots on this street don't have golf course frontage. The exception would be at the far west end with 2 lots on the 8th hole	3

Belleterre Dr.	This street has a very comfortable feel to it as it rises slightly towards Palermo from Alicia Pkwy.	The homes on the south side of the street are graced with views of the 8th and 9th holes.	3
